Shipping & Returns orders can be shipped anywhere in the 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Shipping occurs 1-3 days after the order is placed during normal business hours (Monday – Friday), excluding postal/federal holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00PM EST and on Saturdays and Sundays are not processed until the following business day.

We do not ship on postal/federal holidays, any orders placed on postal holidays will be processed the next working business day and shipped 1-3 days after. 



Customizable orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery as each pair is made to order. Due to their unique nature, all Sebago Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact our customer service team if there are any issues with your custom product order.



At Sebago, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have questions about making a return once received please refer to our return policy or contact Customer Service at



Thank you for your recent purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply send your item back to us. Please follow the instructions below so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, due the unique nature of Sebago Custom products, they cannot be returned.



Non-customized, non-final sale merchandise can be returned in its original unworn condition and received WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM RECEIPT DATE. Orders returned beyond this time frame will not be accepted. reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

To start the return, please contact Sebago Customer Service at for a Return Authorization Number and return address. 

Pack the merchandise in its original packaging or appropriate carton. 

Please send the return tracking number to and keep your shipping receipt number for reference and tracking.

A credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.



If you suspect your product is defective or damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately via We will work with you to expedite the replacement or refund of your item.

Orders must be placed by 10 a.m. EST Mon-Friday to be processed for overnight delivery (does not cover weekend delivery).


Estimated delivery of your custom shoes is three to five weeks from order date.*
At this time, custom product cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.
