Shipping policy
Orders of Sebago shoes, apparel and other merchandise from Sebago-usa.com can be shipped anywhere in the 50 United States, from Portland, Maine to Portland, Oregon, down to the Gulf coast and back up the Rockies—and including Alaska, and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally outside of the United States.
Shipping occurs 1 to 3 days after the order is placed during normal business hours (Monday – Friday), excluding postal and federal holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00PM ET and on Saturdays and Sundays are not processed until the following business day.
All orders for eligible items totaling $150 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping. For orders under $150, there is a flat rate of $12 for shipping. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We don't ship on postal or federal holidays, though, and any orders placed on those holidays will be processed the next working business day and shipped 1 to 3 days after.
At Sebago, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have questions about making a return once received please refer to our return policy or contact Customer Service at customerservice@sebago-usa.com
Sebago is free of responsibility once the merchandise ordered leaves the Sebago facility. In the case of loss or damage that occurs during shipping, Customer is responsible for any insurance claims. Sebago USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. This includes, but is not limited to, deliveries to freight forwarders, hotels, unsecured mailrooms, or housing complexes. Please contact your local carrier for more assistance.
If your shipping address is entered incorrectly at checkout, please immediately contact Customer Service at customerservice@sebago-usa.com with your order number and correct shipping address. We will do our best to update this for you before your order begins processing and leaves our facility, but we cannot guarantee address changes due to our shipping schedule.
Please double-check the address you are entering at checkout, or through Shop Pay, PayPal, etc., as Sebago USA will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
Please note: If an address is incorrectly provided at checkout, Sebago USA is not responsible for replacing this package.
Shipping and expected delivery dates are displayed in your Cart at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email. Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change. Expedited delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-3 business days for delivery.
Sebago USA is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays brought on buy the courier itself, please contact the courier directly. Sebago USA is also not responsible for any delays brought on by weather.
