I am grading you poor because you screwed up my paid order, and didnt receive my shoes. I contacted FedEx and told them that I didn't have my shipment, and they told me that someone would call to resolve this issue, that call never came, and FedEx is pushing its AI to cmmunicate with me, not a human but a robot.
