The Classic Dan Waxy gives Sebago's original penny loafer a softer, more relaxed character. It's hand-sewn from oiled suede that's naturally water-resistant and remarkably flexible, with the same low-cut beefroll shape that has defined the Dan for generations.

The unlined upper keeps it light and pliable, the leather sock lining adds comfort, and the natural leather sole with a rubber heel gives it the classic loafer feel underfoot.

Runs narrow and long. Order a half size down. If you have a medium to wide foot, choose the Wide. The leather feels snug at first and softens to your foot with wear.

Fit: Runs Big

These are a well crafted loafer. I was surprised when I compared them to Sebego’s closest competitor. The insole is comfortable, leather supple to the touch, and took no time at all to break in. The color of the leather is excellent with little to no variations observed on each shoe. The one down side to the pair and the reason for the 4 star review is most likely a quality control issue. The left shoe is slightly wider than the right. It’s noticeable but something that can be compensated for with a thicker sock. I would recommend these loafers to my friends and family. These are a good value loafers for first time or seasoned customers. Consider ordering one half size down as recommended by Sebego.
