If you’re new to Sebago, we recommend ordering half a size down from your usual size for the best fit.  For example, if you typically wear a size 9, we suggest trying a size 8.5.  If you prefer a more relaxed fit, you may choose to stay with your regular size.

The leather may feel firm at first—wear them with socks during the break-in period. With time, the leather will soften and mold to your foot, creating a comfortable and personalized fit.

If you are new to Sebago, your Sebago size is typically one half-size down from your normal shoe size and it should ensure that your new Sebagos fit snug to your feet. We know you want a Dockside that's effortless, casual, and cozy and a Cityside that you can walk all day in, so you may want to wear socks for your initial wears as your new Sebagos begin to break in—and that's when the magic happens.
