If you’re new to Sebago, we recommend ordering half a size down from your usual size for the best fit.  For example, if you typically wear a size 9, we suggest trying a size 8.5.  If you prefer a more relaxed fit, you may choose to stay with your regular size.

The leather may feel firm at first—wear them with socks during the break-in period. With time, the leather will soften and mold to your foot, creating a comfortable and personalized fit.

They feature a breathable unlined upper, comfy leather sock lining, and waterproof, flexible and durable natural leather soles with a reliable, molded rubber heel. This Classic Dan loafer is a signature piece in our Citysides collection year in and year out, and it has been since Sebago was founded, over 75 years ago.

If you are new to Sebago, your Sebago size is typically one half-size down from your normal shoe size and it should ensure that your new Sebagos fit snug to your feet. I purchased a women’s size 8.5 but even though I usually wear a 9, it was a perfect fit. They are beautiful and for those that need insoles, there is good arch support in these shoes. I’m excited to wear them. Superior quality! This is my first pair of Sebagos but won’t be my last.

Beautiful pair of shoes and the color is perfect. I am going through the “breaking in” period. I still have my black Dan’s from 27 years ago. If my new ones break in as well, I will be very happy.

Beautiful shoes!! I’m in between a whole & 1/2 size; toes were tight, too much space in the heel. I so wanted these to work out, as I’ve had my eyes on them for over a year now. Sadly, I had to return :(

Beautiful shoe but too small size 8 , I also ordered a pair in size 8 1/2 that were too big . I am sad .
