I used to wear loafers for uk 8.5 size and Sebago size chart shows uk 8.5 is matching as us 9.0 but cayman seems to be narrow width so I bought us 9.5 size. It is large for me and it has big hill cup size. I feel hill slip when walking so I should adjust with insole and tongue pad. Last and looking not bad and pretty shoes.
