The Dan Boat Roughout Woman puts Sebago's classic beefroll penny loafer on a boat shoe sole. Soft, sturdy rough out leather is hand-sewn and left unlined, so it's light, easy and made for summer. The penny loafer that's not afraid to get its feet wet.

The leather sock lining adds comfort, and the non-marking siped rubber sole grips wet decks and city streets alike.

The comments and reviews claimed that sizes run big. I bought a half size down knowing, since they were on clearance it would be a gamble. The quality of the shoe was overall good, though I am a bit surprised to see made in Indonesia since the company does pride themselves on being American. The fit is the biggest problem I have high arches so they were tight and almost impossible to get on fresh out of the box. Though, with gentle stretching they are becoming more comfortable.
