The shoes are very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. I initially ordered a half size larger than what I needed. The exchange process was incredibly difficult. Never the less, the folks at Sebago eventually got me what I needed. I do recommend ordering a half size smaller than what you normally would. They have a return process but exchange is challenging on the web interface.
Still, the team responded very quickly to all email and did make everything right. Great customer service team!

One of the shoes you sent has its inner lining— or whatever you call it— completely missing. I was honestly shocked. Back in my country, I only wore Sefo and nothing else. They’re no longer sold in Turkey, so now that I’m in the U.S., I wanted to buy a few pairs and keep them aside. I’m planning to buy more and even send some to Turkey. But this was an absolute disgrace. I never expected something like this from you, and I’m very surprised.

The price of issues has increased six times what they used to cost. They don’t last one day longer. They don’t wear any better. They’re just my shoes of choice and comfortable for my feet. What could possibly justify $165 without a single improvement in durability?
